I looked at selinux, acl , perms and logs in proxy31 and found 1 thing different compared to other hosts, httpd logs have a different context, it has `unconfined_u`, but still this shouldnt be blocking logs to rotate... Because I didnt find anything relevant in the logs I commented logrotate in cron so lets see if we have any lead to what is happening there tomorrow
