about the logrotate in proxy31. I restarted the service and ran again without debug flag to see if it throws any error.. Its working just fine so far

then next steps I think are: ask for feedback on infra list/discussion, if all looks ok, then we need to draft up an announcement about it telling people to edit their accounts to add blogs, then we need to figure out a deadline for when we will shut down the old one, and finally setup a redirect from old -> new
