00:02:44 <yungezz> One question, collection in 2.9 is preview or ga?
00:03:17 <nitzmahone> I think 2.9 is the minimum version that will actually be "supported"
00:03:39 <nitzmahone> (since there are several partners building collections right now)
00:03:59 <yungezz> So user could use collection in 2.9?
00:04:02 <jborean93> a lot of the tools are adding support for collections in 2.9 so it will definitely be more fully fleshed out than the preview in 2.8
00:04:08 <nitzmahone> and there are several enhancements around testing and such that are only supported in 2.9+
00:04:23 <yungezz> Got it
00:04:59 <yungezz> So far we didn’t get any certified module support case
00:05:12 <yungezz> Is this same at your observation?
00:05:18 <nitzmahone> calm before the storm ;)
00:05:24 <yungezz> :)
00:05:46 <nitzmahone> I'm not in nearly as close contact with our support team as I used to be, but I've not heard any escalations recently
00:06:33 <yungezz> Anyway,good news :)
00:06:39 <yungezz> Thanks
00:07:46 <yungezz> I m not sure whether zim will join today’s meeting
00:08:01 <nitzmahone> Yeah, with the Ansible SKU consolidations, I assume "everyone" gets support on those now, but I have no idea how that actually works
00:08:37 <yungezz> What does that mean to us? What should we be prepared for
00:09:59 <nitzmahone> I don't think it means anything different, but when the certified program was first being started, I think I remember hearing that each partner's SKU would have support sold individually, but now there's only one Ansible SKU (for everything, including Tower, networking, cloud, etc).
00:10:29 <yungezz> Ah, got it
00:10:38 <nitzmahone> Lots of things far away from my day-to-day work ;)
00:12:01 <yungezz> We asked Alfred at our end also seems no case yet
00:12:24 <nitzmahone> No news is good news I guess :)
00:13:23 <nitzmahone> Well, nothing else from my end either, so maybe another nice short meeting :)
00:13:36 <yungezz> I m ok. Thanks all
00:14:31 <nitzmahone> OK, we'll wrap it up then. Thanks for being here- until next week! I'll be working from the UK the next 3 weeks, so not sure if I'll be awake for this meeting or not, but we'll see
