  * fedora and centos have been somewhat stuck on ansible 2.9 due to the
    changes in packaging. There's now an ansible-core 2.11.x package in
    fedora rawhide and we'd like to bump the ansible package to 4.x (or
    soon 5.x), details remain to be determined as to how the packaging
