   2. PR review days in IRC - can get through around 50 in a long day. (samccann, 17:49:21)

   4. Do we need to get better at saying "no" to incoming feature requests (gundalow, 17:56:02)
   5. Closing is about expectation management (gundalow, 17:57:14)
   6. a closed issues is just as easy to find as an open issue. AND makes the open issues easier to find (gundalow, 17:57:48)
