20:04:10 <nitzmahone> I'd concur with the "if you specify a repo, use it for everything" case- some tinfoil-hat folks want to use *only* internal repos, so going out to the internet for the prereqs seems dangerous. Worst case, allow a separate arg for the pre-reqs repo location, or at least a switch to say "use public for prereqs"
