We feel managing the tickets that are tagged for license review would be better owned by a person or dedicated group. However, the Council will be responsible for finding the owner/driver of this process and supporting this effort.

These guidelines will not remove the authority of the group making the decision, but will aim to provide support to navigate the process responsibly and with communication.
