1. 1. Context: we're discussing if there's a better way to handle budget requests than "someone needs to always be on the alert to tackle Max or Mel," which is very non bus/raptor proof (mchua, 02:00:28)
   2. IDEA: Trac queue with a workflow state called "apply RH credit card" so Max/Mel/whoever can filter for that every $timeperiod and process them en masse, and Ambassadors know when that processing happens (and so can predict when things will be paid-for). (mchua, 02:01:08)
