   1. Currently, mentors are primary concern - there are not enough active mentors to bring in and mentor new Ambassadors (jflory7, 08:12:20)
   2. No direct relationship between the mentor and the mentee after they finish their sponsorship. Perhaps continued communication between the two after the sponsorship provides a more engaging and powerful way to bring in new and motivated individuals (jflory7, 08:14:39)
   3. Q: "I see the info about mentors, but from what I remember, if you want to be an Ambassador, seek out a mentor and figure it out. If you're a mentor, maybe you should seek out Ambassadors to sponsor into the project?" (jflory7, 08:15:13)
   4. A: Mentors are invite-only, you don't apply, are nominated. Don't want to actively recruit Ambassadors as it is not our business. Want contributors who *want* to be Ambassadors. Recruiting people for the sake of having a big number is counter-productive. (jflory7, 08:16:30)
