  * Marketing is almost ready, final announcement is missing. Should be

  * Infrastructure has had some issues with the mirrorlists and some
    proxies last few weeks, but those should be resolved. The team is

* QA  (jkurik, 18:25:41)
  * QA should be good to go. The next RC needs to be tested and there is
    no full test coverage, however due to a slip, QA should have enough
    time to dopretty exhaustive testing.  (jkurik, 18:28:39)

* Release Engineering  (jkurik, 18:29:10)
  * Release Engineering is not ready due to missing bits. Beside of
    this, there is no issue which should blocks the readiness  (jkurik,

* Websites  (jkurik, 18:32:19)
  * Websites team still needs to finalize some stuff, however will be
    ready for the final release.  (jkurik, 18:35:11)

* Translations  (jkurik, 18:35:28)
  * Translations team is ready for Fedora 23 release  (jkurik, 18:35:56)

* Documentation  (jkurik, 18:37:36)
  * documentation will have a handful of guides ready for release;
    install guide, relnotes, multiboot, sysadmin  (randomuser, 18:38:08)
