    enabled. The Everything and Server repos, plus Server/Cloud/Docker
    release artifacts will now go to primary mirrors  (pbrobinson,
    15:26:40)
  * the aarch64 Server/Cloud/Docker release artifacts also now have the
    same blocking status as x86_64  (pbrobinson, 15:27:32)
