15:06:50 <zsun> pwhalen: nothing special. Generally I tested 4.14.0-1 and it boots fine across my devices - BeagleBone Black, RPI3 (aarch64), HikeyBoard(via USB)

15:10:00 <jlinton_> zsun, well if you want to fix it... So the original plan was to come up with some clever dracut hack, but now I'm thinking I just need to get the reset driver listed in modeps as a dependency for the designware
