15:12:25 <pwhalen> just gathering some more info before filing a bug, but after updating the boot fails, 'error: out of memory.'
15:12:45 <pwhalen> the kernel then boots, but ends in a panic
15:12:57 <pwhalen> that error is prior to the efi messages
15:13:14 <pbrobinson> so it could be early boot or grub
15:14:27 <pwhalen> will file a bug shortly, but recommend omitting grub2 if updating on aarch64 for now
15:14:57 <pwhalen> we also have a new uboot rc2 expected to drop soon

15:15:20 <pbrobinson> seems OK with u-boot so I'm not sure what the interaction between a real UEFI and kernel is
