15:08:42 <jlinton> I've pushed a new hikey firmware, it has part of the secure boot stuff enabled, and updated dt, and slightly more robust error handling in the USB system

15:09:27 <jlinton> Its pretty happy with F29, other than a somewhat regular oops when X is restarted in drm/vblank

15:17:37 <jlinton> I'm not sure if the softdep patch I sent to fedora-kernel went out yesterday. Our mail server was having issues
15:18:26 <jlinton> basically, the workaround for installing/booting on hikey/SD is to chroot and rerun dracut with --add-driver hi6220-reset as always.
