18:11:00 <SSmoogen> 2. There seems to be something weird going on with download-ib01 and mirrors.kernel again. The previous problem was with epel7 being out of sync and this time it was that the permissions for /36/ didn't flip until 24 hours later
18:11:55 <SSmoogen> by the time I got to the system, the download-sync at 12:00UTC had flipped the permissions but both the original person and jednorozec confirmed it wasn't working until then
