   3. Beta TC1 is out and in testing (adamw, 16:18:46)

   2. AGREED: instead of trying to write a 'temporary criterion' we'll deal with kickstart proposed blockers on a case-by-case basis for F18 final and try to come up with a longer-term criterion for F19+ (adamw, 16:57:33)
