We just didn't reach consesus because there were objections that we don't necessarily need to spend up the whole amount if it's from a budget that is not intended for that.
20:27:56 <sesivany> but it's our money, so we can decide to do so if we want. I don't really have a strong opinion about it, but if others say that it's ok to raise the limit for Flock fundings to $300 because we didn't have the maximum number of requests, I won't be against it.
