15:01:27 <adamw> who's around?
15:01:48 * roshi is here
15:02:01 <sumantro> Good Morning adamw roshi and all :D
15:02:11 <adamw> who's asquare?
15:02:15 <adamw> morning sumantro, roshi
15:02:35 <sumantro> adamw lol
15:02:55 * tflink is lurking this morning
15:02:57 <roshi> morning :)
15:03:06 * garretra1iel
15:03:22 <adamw> of course, one person would have to be aflink
15:04:23 <adamw> welp, looks like that's all we got
15:04:41 * kparal is here temporarily
15:04:45 <adamw> #topic Previous meeting follow-up
15:04:53 <adamw> kparal: what, the bar's full?
15:05:08 <adamw> "sumantro to move forward with planning regular onboarding sessions..." - sumantro, how's that going?
15:05:10 <kparal> right, need to switch bars, and there's no wifi outside
15:05:40 <sumantro> That is done , I added it to the wiki and fedocal.
15:05:44 * pschindl- is here
15:06:08 <adamw> awesome. for the record, what's the schedule?
15:07:02 <sumantro> every 2 months , so by the end of this month or next month starting , since we already had one recently
15:07:13 <adamw> awesome
15:07:24 <sumantro> the feedback was good , so it is pretty much helpful for new comers. :)
15:07:37 <adamw> #info "sumantro to move forward with planning regular onboarding sessions; plan to add a calendar event to fedocal and a section in the QA/Join wiki page" - this is done, sessions will run every two months
15:08:02 <adamw> of course, remember to send out announcements in the usual ways too
15:08:11 <sumantro> yes sure :)
15:08:22 <adamw> #info "adamw to try and get GNOME devs to join in with the Test Day ticket" - I did try, but it seems I didn't yet succeed :( I will try again
15:08:43 <adamw> "sumantro to schedule an upgrade test day" - how about that one?
15:09:13 * sumantro wants to conduct a modularity test day, if thats not too much to ask for
15:09:25 <mclasen> adamw: what do we need to do ?
15:09:36 <sumantro> the ticket is filed and I will announce it tomorrow
15:10:05 <sumantro> 30th is the date , if all are okay with it :)
15:10:56 <roshi> tomorrow we've got a Cloud/Atomic testday
15:11:09 <sumantro> roshi, yes :)
15:11:24 <adamw> mclasen: it'd help to have someone from desktop team involved with the GNOME test day - just follow up on https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/issue/505 and indicate willingness to be there and help out
15:11:45 <mclasen> but... why do we need to do paperwork beforehand ?
15:11:51 <adamw> sumantro: didn't we talk about a modularity test day last week? sgallagh seemed to say it's still a bit early to test working with modules. has that changed?
15:12:05 <adamw> mclasen: there really isn't any paperwork, it's just a case of letting sumantro know someone will be there to help out
15:12:29 * mclasen goes to the ticket, doesn't find a date and moves on
15:12:54 <sgallagh> adamw: I saw some demos last week that were further along than I expected, but still a little rough.
15:13:03 <sgallagh> If we schedule one, maybe not until late July?
15:13:05 <adamw> mclasen: of course that's because we will pick a date that works for you...
15:15:02 <adamw> sumantro: does that sound okay to you? (delaying modularity test day to late july)
15:15:04 <mclasen> just pick a date. realistically, some people will be around, and some won't, but it seems unlikely that people will plan ahead for it
15:15:30 <sumantro> adamw sure , no issues :)
15:15:50 <adamw> okay
15:15:51 <sumantro> mclasen, how about 4th of July ?
15:16:59 <adamw> let's move on with the test days outside the meeting
15:17:01 <mclasen> that will give you a low attendence on the us side, maybe
15:17:27 <sumantro> adamw sure
15:17:35 <adamw> #topic Fedora 26 status / libdb issues
15:17:43 <sumantro> mclasen I will mail you on this.
15:17:53 <mclasen> nooo
15:18:02 * mclasen drops off to prevent more mail
15:18:25 <adamw> ...your desktop team, folks. yeesh.
15:18:48 <garretraziel> they're afraid of using Evolution
15:18:53 <adamw> so we shipped f26 beta last week, unfortunately that libdb mess caused by an upgrade bug wasn't entirely resolved
15:18:56 <adamw> heh
15:19:55 <adamw> we took the libdb fixes out at one point then changed our mind and put them back in
15:20:44 <adamw> so we wound up with -21 (with the upgrade fix) as the current version on all fedoras...in general if you have issues the advice is to up/downgrade to -21, using 'rpm --rebuilddb' to deal with rpm db errors if you hit any.
15:20:55 <adamw> other than that i think beta's in decent shape
15:21:18 <adamw> there weren't many bugs on the commonbugs list, if anyone has any they think should be documented, please add the 'CommonBugs' keyword to the bug
15:22:56 <adamw> note that Final freeze is very soon, on 27th june
15:23:07 <roshi> fun times ahead :)
15:23:09 <adamw> and Final go/no-go is July 6
15:23:28 <adamw> #info Final freeze is 2017-06-27, Go/No-Go is 2017-07-06
15:23:32 <adamw> any other notes on f26?
15:23:55 <roshi> we've a F26 blocker review meeting at the top of the hour (that I forgot to send an announcement for)
15:23:55 <garretraziel> adamw: I think that a lot of Brno folks won't be here at 6th of July
15:24:02 <roshi> .fire roshi for forgetting to send the announce
15:24:02 <zodbot> adamw fires roshi for forgetting to send the announce
15:24:16 <adamw> garretraziel: holiday?
15:24:23 <adamw> geez roshi
15:24:59 <roshi> I deeply self-reproach
15:25:13 <garretraziel> adamw: yep, 5th and 6th both
15:25:39 <adamw> hmm, well, the schedule's out of our hands...but good to know ahead of time
