To start to organize groups, we ask that you sign up for both a course as well as an HFOSS project that interest you. 16:59:25 It's not a long term commitment, but just a way to organize discussion at the workshop 16:59:40 sometimes it helps to talk to people teaching the same course, other times it helps to talk to other people using the same project 16:59:52 For this POSSE, it looks like organizing groups by target course might be the best approach 17:00:13 What might be great at the workshop would be if we all could actually identify a single project or two (as examples) and flesh out ideas for how those specific projects could be incorporated into a course, and then to actually have all of us actively contribute towards developing some materials for the student project while we are in the room together.
