2025-06-25 18:09:49 <@carlwgeorge:fedora.im> last month we turned off delta rpms for epel9/10, but left them on for epel8.  now it's looking like we should consider turning them off for epel8 as well.  from what i've been able to research so far, pulp 3 doesn't support drpms, and at some point satellite switched from pulp 2 to 3.  i'm surprised we haven't had complaints about this before, but it seems like a relatively easy fix.
