So we proposed a BoF session (birds of a feather) to discuss current plans and collaborate with other Fedora products on how to consume and integrate with the images that we will hopefully start producing soon in Konflux

I definitely want to unify more w/atomic desktop...one random idea I had here is we could actually move the *definition* of that into the fedora-atomic:45 base image so it'd look like `bootc-base-imagectl build-rootfs --manifest=desktop` or something
