this came up in the main channel yesterday. i created https://forge.fedoraproject.org/epel/misc as a catch all for issues that don't fit anywhere else, largely because me and diego keep creating issues in the releng repo that have nothing to do with release engineering. i forgot that org maintainers are automatically set to watch new repos, so you might want to unwatch if you don't care about it.
