I'd say high gain, med trouble?

20:06:47
and I hope Aurélien B can find something...
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:07:30
all I can see in logs is the permission denied, but no idea why. ;(
<@james:fedora.im>
20:08:42
I see you reproduced it ... so that's something. Do we have any bugzilla devs anymore?
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:09:05
yeah, it happens for me everytime. If it works for someone, I'd love to know. ;)
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:09:21
yes, but it's very likely on our side. Since I just upgraded those servers.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:10:08
if we can't solve it in a day or two, I could roll back to the old ones, but I really don't want to do that

20:15:02
huh, I can't get to bugzilla.redhat.com at all now. :(
<@james:fedora.im>
20:15:15
I can
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:15:26
ok, must be some networking problem somewhere.
<@bittin:matrix.org>
20:15:44
works here too
<@james:fedora.im>
20:16:14
Was slow after I logged in (RH SSO), but worked
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:17:10
back now.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:20:31
I don't think I have much else... anything to discuss?
<@james:fedora.im>
20:20:47
I had a look at the FAS group, and I can't add it AFAICS. Not shocked, tbf.
<@james:fedora.im>
20:21:22
I'm good.
<@phsmoura:fedora.im>
20:22:40
I opened a PR removing f39 test instance. f40 and f41 werent connecting to the vpn, but yesterday f40 connected (still dont know how) and f41 still having this issue.. so ansible is stuck at "enroll to ipa" step for this one
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:23:13
I can't recall what perms are needed for that... but there's also a bunch more stuff with packaging groups. ;( I think theres a sop / howto do
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>

<@phsmoura:fedora.im>
20:23:27
do we need to run anther playbook before maintainer test?
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:24:01
huh, but you can login to it? check the logs? journalctl -b -u openvpn-client@openvpn should have why it's not connecting...
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:24:13
(could be I messed up something making the certs?)
<@phsmoura:fedora.im>
20:24:33
yeah, its not resolving bastion and gateway names
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:25:01
ah. hum. so some dns resolution thing... ah... shot in the dark, but try: 'nmcli c up eth0' (or whatever device it is)
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:25:30
sometimes it seems networkmanager doesn't tell systemd-resolved the info it knows about how to resolve dns.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:25:40
and re-upping the interface causes it to retell that info
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:26:29
If someone wants to look at the bowells of nagios... I tried to make it not monitor at all logdetective02.fedorainfracloud.org, but it still seems to be doing so. ;( Would be nice to get that out of there so we could have a clean nagios alert pile...
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:28:48
any other fun things?
<@james:fedora.im>
20:29:14
You tried the "disable active checks from this host" in the web UI?
<@james:fedora.im>
20:29:33
You tried the "disable active checks of this host" in the web UI?
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:29:35
naw, I want it to not be in the config at all.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:29:55
If you disable it, then it shows disabled as a red X for all time
<@james:fedora.im>
20:30:19
Ahh, was hoping that'd make it disappear. 🤷
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:30:22
instead of a nice ✅
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:30:46
the templates should be excluding it, but somehow not. ;(
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
20:31:55
anyhow, lunch is calling...

20:32:35
