the last one was lists not liking multiple duplicate copies of the host in x-forwarded-for... but I unset the second one so it's working as expected now

I spoke to the bot ... the rotatelogs thing is different than I expected. I know the change we did was wrong, and causing the current weirdness ... but I'm less sure how to fix it. The original config. seems like it would do what we needed (before the logrotate change).
