Meeting summary

1. 1. The long-awaited major release for networking collections is finally here (Qalthos, 16:07:58)
   2. connection: local and associated baggage are no longer valid on these collections as of this release. (Qalthos, 16:09:14)
   3. They will continue to be usable but strongly discouraged for third party collections that still advertise that capability. (Qalthos, 16:10:31)
   4. Additionally, a number of the earliest modules to be replaced with resource modules have been removed (Qalthos, 16:12:30)
