I've started bootstrapping GNOME 46 in COPR, once it's complete I'll build them in CBS. Hopefully we have something in time for RH Summit... glib2 took a while to figure out how to build, for some reason now it requires bootstrapping from a more recent gobject-introspection

(for those who haven't heard, the idea is this is more like the KDE refresh in EPEL - it can be used with stock Stream without the rest of Hyperscale. but because we can't upgrade existing components it cannot be in EPEL)
