   1. for changelogs to show up in 2.10.0 collections must release patch versions (w.r.t. to the frozen lower version in https://github.com/ansible-community/ansible-build-data/blob/main/2.10/ansible-2.10.build) so they have a chance to show up in 2.10.0 (samccann, 15:01:11)
   2. w.g. they add a changelog in the next minor release, the changelog will only appear in ansible 2.10.1 (samccann, 15:01:29)
