  * version-switcher for /ansible/ docs now only shows `devel`, `latest`

  * once Ansible 4  releases, it will become `latest` and Ansibl 3 docs
    will be EOL  (samccann, 15:16:48)
  * if a maintenance team steps forward for Ansible 3, we can add `3` to
    the mix, but maintainers will need to maintain docs (with backports)

  * WIP PR to upgrade the Sphinx version is open:

  * theme changes for `ansible-core` introduced in
