   1. we have multiple pages on docs.ansible.com that are not tied to the core or Ansible release. Today, we publish them only to devel but this confused at least one person recently (samccann, 16:25:06)

   3. we did this devel-only publishing because PRs weren't being backported so latest frequently had stale info, and most of these are not version-specific anyway (samccann, 16:28:51)
