turns out Fedora's golang tooling strips out version dependencies so it's... really important to figure out, when packaging for EPEL, which dependencies you need to update since otherwise they will just resolve

one of our engineers is coordinating with bkircher to update fluent-bit in EPEL; the update in Rawhide was just merged, we'll likely let that simmer a bit and then do EPEL, as we need a more recent version of this thing at Meta
