18:00:18 <nirik> anyone around today? someone want to modify tickets?
18:00:23 <smooge> I am here
18:01:14 <nirik> .ticket 9131
18:01:15 <zodbot> nirik: Issue #9131: openQA worker hosts use 10.0.2.2/15 IP, seems to be causing network issues - fedora-infrastructure - Pagure.io - https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/9131
18:01:26 <mboddu> Hello
18:01:35 <nirik> I guess this is just tracking... med/med/groomed/waiting on external?
18:01:44 <mboddu> smooge: You got updating the tickets part? Or do you want me to?
18:02:03 <smooge> I have the updating tickets part
18:02:09 <mboddu> +1
18:02:56 <smooge> nirik, I was going to syay high/high.. it is causing the switches to block ports at times
18:03:16 <nirik> smooge: ok, thats unclear... in fact adamw asked about what it was causing in the ticket...
18:04:18 <nirik> so sure, but also if you could mention what it's causing that could be good
18:04:21 <smooge> I will double check, but what happens is that a mass of arps for networks which can't be reached go out. That causes the switch to go into storm control which locks down the port for a loop
18:04:52 <smooge> will make sure I have the proper communication from matt and will update

18:06:03 <nirik> this is possible, just needs doing
18:06:08 <smooge> so I read this and started twitching
18:06:14 <nirik> low/low/groomed/waiting on asignee

18:08:36 <nirik> this is a dup... of...
18:08:52 <nirik> 9066
18:08:59 <smooge> so close?
18:09:33 <nirik> close as duplicate, add note to it to follow in 9066... add note to 9066 that another case was found.

18:10:11 <mboddu> On the same issue:
18:10:31 <mboddu> I pinged breilly on another releng ticket - https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9587#comment-664920
18:10:43 <nirik> yeah, no answer anywhere yet...
18:11:21 <mboddu> Nope :9
18:11:24 <mboddu> :(
18:11:26 <nirik> I think it might be time to ping our mgmt chain and let them know and see if they can get any cycles from folks that can help us...
18:11:52 <nirik> or at least tell them if they don't... there will be consequences.
18:12:10 * nirik can do that.
18:13:27 <nirik> .ticket 9135
18:13:28 <zodbot> nirik: Issue #9135: FAS account - fedora-infrastructure - Pagure.io - https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/9135
18:13:46 <smooge> I figured I would just reply to the email mattdm asked about making an apache module with mod_php support that would require MBS to work and see if that got any fixes
18:13:48 <nirik> I suspect they changed it with 'forgot password'...
18:14:32 <nirik> they also filed a identical private version of the ticket.
18:15:19 <smooge> so instructions
18:15:29 <nirik> so... I guess ask them to change the password again with the real change password thing...
18:15:32 <smooge> login to admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts
18:15:36 <nirik> and close the private one a as dup
18:15:39 <smooge> go to "My Account"
18:15:47 <smooge> click "Change Password"
18:15:51 <smooge> change the password there
18:15:56 <smooge> wait 15 minutes
18:16:00 <smooge> see if kinit works
18:16:30 <nirik> yep. although it should be nearly immediate.
