So, aleasto and I from the Fedora KDE SIG ported Anaconda's initial-setup wizard to run on top of a Wayland compositor (specifically Weston). This went live with initial-setup 0.3.100. Additionally, I've noted it in ELN Extras to be tracked for EPEL 10.
