   1. retrace servers have been handed off to retrace folks. They are setting things up on them now. (nirik, 18:24:22)
   2. memcached is now setup to restart on exit and also is monitored in nagios (nirik, 18:30:11)
   3. staging and prod are now once again blocked from talking to each other via firewall rules. (nirik, 18:30:35)
