18:17:17 <smooge> OK at the end of the calendar year, Red Hat does a 1.5 -> 2 week shutdown.

18:18:34 <smooge> During that time, Red Hat employees are on a vacation and may not be monitoring IRC, email etc except for pages or their own free time
18:19:23 <smooge> Basically, if stuff goes down, it will get worked on, but if you are needing to know why XYZ is not installed on fedorapeople.. expect that you might not get answered til January
18:20:57 <smooge> Fedora Infrastructure usually also goes into a soft-freeze during that time. If changes to the infrastructure are needed to be made, 2 +1 on IRC or email just to say "oh yeah I see what you are doing and I will listen for the pager in case it breaks"
