   4. MOST SERVICES WILL SEE DAY LONG OUTAGES (smooge, 18:05:19)
   5. Cloud will NOT be moving at this point (smooge, 18:05:19)

   7. Looking at 1 day per set of systems with some overlap (smooge, 18:05:25)
