Though I have tried to set up fedora in WSL but that was not working fine. After that I switch to fedora in VMware after some debugging errors .It is now completed .Currently I am working on a documentation related issue: https://github.com/fedora-infra/pagure-exporter/issues/121 In this I have to document the series option but I am not getting any clarity about where to mention its documentation in pagure-exporter. Please help me

patrikp: Do you have anything for us?
<@patrikp:matrix.org>
16:35:21
No pings last week, just like the previous 2 weeks. Could be because of the freeze, although now I'm not sure if people knew it was me on call because of the bug?
<@leo:fedora.im>
16:36:05
it didn't show as you, it said nobodyu was on call sadly
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:36:52
yeah, it didn't set right. ;(
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:37:42
I only saw one yesterday, which is how we noticed it wasn't set. ;( I should have realized it didn't work when it didn't reply saying it did it.
<@leo:fedora.im>
16:38:18
thankfull the topics are updated now and people know !oncall
<@patrikp:matrix.org>
16:38:46
Well the fallback is to open a ticket on the issue tracker. I had one more question about the wiki page though. Is it up to date? It only mentions IRC and we've moved pretty much everything over to Matrix. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Oncall
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:39:16
no, thats old. ;( we should redirect it.

16:40:07
or make sure we capture anything important from it first I guess.
<@patrikp:matrix.org>
16:42:07
Hmm, the doc you linked nirik is a lot more verbose than the old one. Didn't know about it.
<@anshikavashistha:matrix.org>
16:42:08
For beginners how do we get to know about the upcoming meetings and discussions?
<@leo:fedora.im>
16:42:38
there's a daily standup at 11am pst and there's a weekly infra meeting every thursday at 8am pst
<@leo:fedora.im>
16:42:55
convert to your timezone if needed, iirc that's right
<@leo:fedora.im>
16:43:13
(weekly: 16:00 UTC)
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:45:06
Anshika Vashistha: You can go to fedocal https://calendar.fedoraproject.org/ and you should be able to find all the meetings there
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:45:18
We have a calendar at https://calendar.fedoraproject.org, but it's kinda confusing I'm afraid. Otherwise groups usually announce their meetings...
<@anshikavashistha:matrix.org>
16:45:28
Thank you for the help
<@anshikavashistha:matrix.org>
16:45:52

<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:47:18
Maybe it's not implemented in new zodbot
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>

<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:48:27
Lets see...
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:49:09
pretty much the same as last week overall.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:49:23
We should probibly adjust the max procs on those bvmhost-p09's.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:49:37
Otherwise all known issues.
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:49:59
I saw it eating up all memory during this week
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:50:20
which it do you mean?
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:51:18
It was one of the bvmhost
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:51:54
yes, the bvmhost-p09 machines are under a lot of load. Recent kernels there seem to perform not as well as things were in the past.
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:52:21
for one thing spiking number of processes (look at the disabled nagios alerts)
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:52:59
the current 6.8 kernels seem to do somewhat better... but still not super great
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:55:48
So we have only 5 minutes left
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:55:55
Let me switch to Open floor
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:56:00
!topic Open Floor
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
16:56:08
Anybody has something for open floor
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
16:56:20
Yes I have
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
16:56:41
I am working on ehancement of mypy issue
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
16:57:16
How could we do enhancement by adding mypy?
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
16:57:48
https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-messaging/issues/133 This is the issue
<@nirik:matrix.scrye.com>
16:59:57
looks like mypy is some kind of checker? not sure whats involved there... is it just adding tests to use it? no idea...
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
17:00:35
Sure nirik Thank you for your response
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
17:00:51
mypy is for checking typing in python
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
17:01:27
You should add it to test and add typing library to code
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
17:01:29
Yes It is an optional static type checker for Python that aims to combine the benefits of dynamic (or "duck") typing and static typing.
<@anshikavashistha15:matrix.org>
17:02:17
but how could we adopt it in fedora-messaging?
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
17:02:41
As we are at end of our time, I will end the meeting now and we can move the discussion to somewhere else
<@leo:fedora.im>
17:02:41
thanks!
<@Zlopez:matrix.org>
17:02:42
