tldr: this week setting up firmware, next week hopefully we have network and can start installs and bootstrapping, week after openshift clusters and more setup and possibly move some things that are not too entangled, then flock, then some more prep and moving things, then the 'switcharoo' week, then fixing things we broke and shipping some hardware from iad2 and finally bringing up that hardware.
