so, on neglected apps... yeah, sadly so... we did have a spreadsheet of them, I don't know if we still have that or if it's maintained. The problem is finding maintainers willing to fix things up and watch them. So yes, I would support gathering a list of those and then trying to find people to move them back to more normal.
