    2. In the meeting, we noted that while there is skepticism about GitLab, it could be a better tool for our Committee. One factor that is important is that we avoid using proprietary/closed features of GitLab that are unavailable in the Community Edition. Should we migrate, we will avoid using proprietary features as a condition of migrating. (jwf, 12:38:41)
    3. AGREED: We will build quorum in the ticket and aim to make a next step on Thursday, November 3rd (jwf, 12:39:12)
    4. Máirín Duffy noted that there are useful proprietary features that the Design Team uses and may also be useful to Mindshare, like epics, burndown charts, and Gantt charts. (jwf, 12:44:56)
    5. AGREED: After migrating, we can open a new discussion ticket before adopting a feature into our workflow that is not in the GitLab Community Edition. We can revisit our original decision as needed to fit the needs of the Committee as we migrate tools and adapt to a new workflow. (jwf, 12:45:46)
