IDEA: tcorc: another suggestion might be to follow certain fedora-based twitter accounts such as fedorasecurity or planetfedora. in my non-professional and non-authoritative opinion, you might not want to follow everyone that follows you or follow that many folks in general, but follow folks that would help improve or carry on the mission/purpose of your twitter account and that don't take away from the brand, etc...
